Newborn baby skin is prone to skin problems. Baby's skin is sensitive so it is easy to experience irritation, dryness, inflammation, rash, and redness. Moreover, babies are also prone to allergies caused by many factors, one of which is the chemical factor contained in a product.

Atopic dermatitis is a skin disease characterized by symptoms such as dry skin, persistent itching, and red rashes on the skin. This condition can appear in several areas of the body, and generally occurs around the face, legs, and arms. Inflammation usually lasts a long time.
Each sufferer may experience different symptoms. In toddlers, the symptoms of this disease are scaly, red, and crusty skin around the cheeks, scalp, hands and feet. Meanwhile, in children and adults, the most common symptom of atopic eczema is a red rash that feels very itchy on the back of the neck, knees, and elbows.
Other symptoms of atopic dermatitis that can also be felt, namely:

- Soap, detergent, wool

- Sweating
- Infection
- Stress

Treatment of drug dermatitis (eczema) aims to relieve symptoms that appear in patients, such as redness, itchy skin, to infection. Treatment methods vary, including medication, therapy, and self-care at home. To prevent the occurrence of atopic dermatitis, there are several things that need to be done to avoid aggravating factors such as:
- Use cotton material and avoid too intense heat
- Soap that is safe from chemicals and fragrances
- Avoid bathing with hot water, preferably warm or cold water
- Effective and regular use of emollients: creams, lotions, balms or gels
- Substances that can be called emollients: silicon, plant oil (olive), butter, alcohol, to petroleum derivatives
