Caffeinated drinks: consuming too many caffeinated drinks such as coffee, green tea, dark chocolate, or energy drinks during sahur can cause the diuresis process to increase so that we urinate more often and make us feel thirstier because the body sends signals to replace the large amount of water that comes out.
