What is Gastritis and How to Prevent
Gastritis or what is commonly known as gastric inflammation is an inflammatory condition in the lining of the inner wall of the goat. Based on the duration of occurrence, gastritis is divided into acute and chronic gastritis. Acute gastritis appears suddenly and is severe. While chronic gastritis refers to long-term inflammation that can last for years if not treated properly.
Gastritis Risk Factors
Some of the risk factors for gastritis that can increase a person's chances of developing the disease include:
1. Eating fatty foods and excessive oil levels
2. Eating foods with high levels of preservatives and excessive salt
3. Consuming alcohol excessively and in the long term
4. Use of drugs and other dangerous substances
Causes of Gastritis
In normal conditions, the stomach wall has a mucosal layer that protects the stomach from irritation by stomach acid and digestive enzymes. When this layer is damaged, inflammation or inflammation will occur. In certain conditions there are several reasons a person can suffer from gastritis, including:
1. Bacterial infection; Bacterial infections are among the most common causes of gastritis. Among the many bacteria, Helicobacter pylori is the bacteria that most often triggers gastritis. When gastritis occurs, some sufferers feel the symptoms and some don't. Some of the symptoms of gastritis include:

Prevention of Gastritis
If someone is prone to gastritis symptoms, start trying to change the portion and schedule of eating. Changing portions and eating schedules can be done by reducing the portion of the meal from the previous one. This aims to make the meal schedule more frequent than usual. Greasy, sour or spicy foods should also be avoided. Alcohol can also cause gastritis symptoms so consumption of alcoholic drinks should also be avoided. Stress control must also be done in order to avoid this disease.
