1.Drink enough water every day
2. Limiting the consumption of foods, drinks or supplements that contain substances that trigger the formation of kidney stones
3. Reduce oxalate-rich foods such as spinach, sweet potatoes, tea, chocolate and soy products
4. Choose foods that are low in salt and animal protein
5. Consuming the drugs given by the doctor
