According to the World Health Organization (WHO) report, in 2019 alone there were around 17.7 million people in the world who died from heart and blood vessel disease. The increasing number of cases of heart disease in young adults is caused by various factors, ranging from unhealthy eating patterns, lack of exercise, smoking habits, to certain diseases such as high cholesterol, obesity, hypertension and diabetes. 1. Heart Attack: a person who experiences this condition will show several characteristics of heart disease, such as:

- Chest and arm pain that spreads to the neck, jaw, shoulders and back

- Dizziness, nausea and vomiting

-Hard to breathe

- Pain in the upper abdomen or solar plexus

- The upper abdomen feels full or uncomfortable

2. Coronary heart disease: Coronary heart disease is generally characterized by discomfort, pain, or pressure in the chest. Apart from that, coronary heart disease can also cause several other characteristics of heart disease, such as:

- Weakness and dizziness

-A cold sweat

-Nauseous

-Hard to breathe

3. Arrhythmia: occurs when there is a disturbance in the heart rhythm. This condition causes the heart to beat irregularly, too slowly, or too fast, so that it cannot pump blood properly. Arrhythmia is usually accompanied by the following characteristics of heart disease:

- Heart palpitations or palpitations

- Pain in the chest

-          Dizzy

- Shortness of breath

- Loss of consciousness or fainting

4. Heart Failure: a condition when the heart cannot pump blood smoothly throughout the body. High blood pressure and coronary heart disease can cause the heart muscle to weaken and trigger heart failure.

- Shortness of breath when resting or lying down

- Persistent cough, which gets worse at night

- Swelling in the stomach area

- Dizzy

- Tired and weak

- Difficulty concentrating

- Reduced appetite
