Ambien atau yang sering di sebut dengan wasir merupakan salah satu keluhan yang sering dikelukan oleh ibu pasca melahirkan normal. Wasir atau ambeien sendiri ialah suatu bantalan didalam anus yang berisi pembuluh-pembuluh darah di anus. Pada keadaan tertentu, misalnya sering mengejan berlebihan, kotoran-nya keras saat buang air besar, atau kebanyakan duduk akan menyebabkan pembesaran dari bantalan tersebut tadi. \n\n Akibat dari pembesaran bantalan ini (yang berisi pembuluh darah), maka setiap habis buang air besar, bantalan ini akan tergores dari kotoran yang lewat sehingga muncul lah darah segar saat kita sedang buang air besar. \n \nPada ibu pasca melahirkan ambien bisa terjadi akibat kondiri mengejan berlebihan pada proses melahirkan. saat mengejan dengan keras, pembuluh darah di sekitar dubur mendapatkan tekanan yang kuat. Sehingga menghambat aliran darah, akhirnya menimbulkan pembengkakan. \n \nGejala ambeien yang dirasakan setelah Melahirkan : \n1. Munculnya pembengkakkan di sekitar dubur \n\n 2. Disertai dengan rasa gatal, nyeri, dan terkadang mengeluarkan darah. \n3. Muncul rasa tidak nyaman dan benjolan \n\n \n\n Ambien sebenarnya bisa sembuh dengan sendirinya. Namun, jika keluhan semakin bertambah dan sudah menggangu rasa nyaman ibu dapat mengatasi ambeien dengan cara: \n\n \n Berendam di air hangat terutama pada daerah dubur sebanyak dua kali sehari \n Mengompres daerah yang bengkak dengan kompres es \n Hindari duduk dan berdiri telalu lama \n Menggunakan bantal sebagai alas untuk mengurangi tekanan pada rektum. \n Hindari duduk di permukaan yang terlalu keras. \n \n\n Jika beberapa cara di atas sudah dilakukan namun wasir setelah melahirkan tidak kunjung membaik atau malah semakin parah.
