Indonesian citizen, 70 years old, he also serves as Lecturer in Magister Degree of Universitas Pertahanan, Deputy of Social Division in PPAD (Army Retired Union), Jakarta, Chairman of Retired Citizen of Health of the Indonesian Army (Purwakesad), and Head of Alumni Association of Medical Faculty, University of Indonesia. Previously, he served as Commissioner of PT Bio Farma (Persero), Head of Health Center of the Indonesian National Armed Force and as Director of Health in the Indonesian Army.

He received his Doctoral Degree from Medical Faculty, Gajah Mada University, and graduated from Lemhanas (National Resilience Institute).
