Indonesian citizen, 68 years old, he was appointed as a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee for the period 2022-2024, based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners No. 306/KEP-DK/MH/VI/2022, dated 20 June 2022.

 

He also serves as Independent Director & Advisor at PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Previously served as Director and Chief Learning Officer at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (2011-2014), Director of Human Resources at PT Bank Permata Tbk and Human Resources Country Head at Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia (2008-2011), Director of Human Resources at General Electric (1997-2008), Director of Human Resources at PT Makro Indonesia (1993-1997), and various positions in the HR field at PT USI Jaya/ IBM Indonesia (1982-1993).
