DANGER OF HOLDING URINATION || HERMINA PASURUAN HOSPITAL

Urination is the process of getting rid of waste that the body no longer needs through urine. Usually a person can pee 6-7 times a day. This is because generally, an adult's bladder can hold up to 2 glasses of urine. If you practice holding in urination frequently, the risk of health problems will increase. The following are conditions or diseases that can occur due to the habit of holding in urination:

You may not be able to resist these muscle contractions if you hold in your BAC (urination) for too long. Finally urine comes out without realizing it
aka bedwetting.

urinate and eventually end up wetting the bed constantly.

4. Urinary tract infection

Accumulated urine can be a good medium for bacteria to multiply and cause infection.

5.  Bladder stones

Making the urination process incomplete and leaving a small amount of urine in the bladder. Well, if it happens continuously, urine deposits
This can trigger the formation of bladder stones.

6. Hydronephrosis

This can cause the kidneys to swell or in medical terms it is called hydronephrosis.
