Urination is the process of getting rid of waste that the body no longer needs through urine. Usually a person can pee 6-7 times a day. This is because generally, an adult's bladder can hold up to 2 glasses of urine. If you practice holding in urination frequently, the risk of health problems will increase. The following are conditions or diseases that can occur due to the habit of holding in urination:
