Groundbreaking of Hermina Nusantara Hospital
The market sounding event which was held by the OIKN ( Nusantara Capital City Authority ) and attended by many private businessmen from domestic and abroad, has become the initiative of Hermina Hospital to take part in developing the International standard Hospital.
Dr. Hasmoro himself announced his commitment to build Hermina Hospital in IKN during the market sounding event in October 2022. After the issuance of the Decree by the Deputy for Planning and Defence of IKN No.005 year 2023 on the decision of Land Allocation for PT. Medikaloka Hermina Tbk, the commitment is being implemented with the groundbreaking event on November 1st 2023 in Pamaluan Kec.Sepaku, Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan.
The groundbreaking ceremony is officially attended by the Indonesian President, Minister of Health and staff, Head of OIKN, Head Representative of East Kalimantan, and BOD, BOC, also several founders of Hermina Hospital. Hermina Hospital collaborated with the Ministry of Health, focusing on Emergency Department, Trauma and Orthopedic, Mother and Child, Perinatology, Child Growth and Development Department, and Nephrology.
Hermina Hospital Nusantara will be built with international standards adopting green and smart concepts. The initial stage is 100 beds which will be expanded to 200 beds with a budget of Rp.650 billion. This hospital is planned to operate in August 2024. Currently Hermina Hospital Group has 46 hospitals spread throughout Indonesia, including 2 hospitals located in East Kalimantan, Balikpapan and Samarinda, which can support Hermina Hospital Nusantara.
We appreciate the full support from the government and all partners involved from the beginning of the market sounding last year until the agreement signed in June 2023. The Hermina Hospital Nusantara groundbreaking event will become the starting point of Hermina actively involve pursuing international standard hospital in Indonesia
