Hermina Moves for Mass Gymnastics and Free Health Checks

Bogor, June 09, 2024 - RS Hermina Bogor held an event with the theme “Hermina Bergerak” at Taman Heulang, Tanah Sareal, Bogor City, Sunday, June 9, 2024.

 

The event program aims and seeks to educate and socialize the community about maintaining health through sports activities, one of which is gymnastics together. Not only gymnastics together, RS Hermina also held various interesting activities such as free health checks, entertainment, and door prizes for lucky participants.

 

Dr. Muyi Ayoe Hapsari, MM Director of RS Hermina Bogor, stated, “The main purpose of this program is to promote sports and increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining health.

Today we want to socialize sports. That is, we provide education and prevention, because what we have done so far is only treatment. With things like this, we want to remind the people of Bogor that exercise is very important for quality of life and can reduce stress,” he said.
