Jakarta, 23 July 2026 – Hermina Hospitals, in collaboration with Astra Foundation – Dharma Bhakti Astra Foundation (Astra Foundation–YDBA), held the Executive Sharing: Sustainable Productivity & Wellness, an educational forum designed to equip members of the Astra Foundation–YDBA Advance Club with insights into the importance of occupational health as a foundation for enhancing productivity and achieving sustainable business competitiveness. Held in a hybrid format at the Hermina Kemayoran Hospital Auditorium, the event was attended by more than 160 participants, including 60 onsite and 100 online attendees from the manufacturing, automotive workshop, and culinary sectors.

The event was also supported by PT United Tractors Tbk, which shared insights on productivity improvement, and Astra Isuzu, which presented product knowledge on Astra Isuzu solutions that can help enhance business productivity.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Yulisar Khiat, S.E., MARS., S.H., M.H., President Director of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk, emphasized that occupational health is no longer merely an operational support function, but a strategic investment for long-term business sustainability.

The first session featured dr. Amelia Yunita, Sp.PD, Internal Medicine Specialist at Hermina Hospitals, who discussed the importance of implementing occupational health practices to improve employee productivity, identify work-related illnesses, and adopt preventive measures in the workplace.

The second session was delivered by Idot Supriadi, Board of Director of PT United Tractors Tbk, who shared the company's experience in developing management systems that maintain productivity while fostering resilient and sustainable organizations through industry best practices.
