Jakarta, July 8, 2026 – Hermina Hospitals, through PT Medika Loka Manajemen (MLM), officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Administrasi Medika (AdMedika) and PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services (AXA Mandiri) at AXA Tower, Jakarta. This signing marks a significant milestone in strengthening the strategic partnership established in 2021 and further expands the collaboration by designating Hermina Hospitals as a Preferred Hospital for AXA Mandiri policyholders administered through the AdMedika system.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Dian Prambini, President Director of PT Administrasi Medika; Uke Giri Utama, Director of PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services; and drg. Susi Setyawati, Operational Director of PT Medika Loka Manajemen, representing Hermina Hospitals.

The expanded partnership reflects the growing confidence of AdMedika and AXA Mandiri in the quality of healthcare services provided by Hermina Hospitals. Through its designation as a Preferred Hospital, the three parties are committed to delivering more integrated, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare services while enhancing the overall experience for AXA Mandiri policyholders.

The agreement includes the implementation of mutually agreed healthcare service tariffs and serves as the foundation for developing various collaborative initiatives, including value-added healthcare service packages for AXA Mandiri policyholders. All services will be administered through the AdMedika system as the Third-Party Administrator (TPA), ensuring a more integrated, transparent, and efficient service process.
