The importance of an active lifestyle and exercise
Maintain ideal body weight
Consume a variety of foods
Implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle
In his presentation Dr. Dhevinia Yustikarani, M.Gizi, Sp.GK also explained that fried calories are the same as 1 portion of rice. Example 1 risoles 134 Kcal equals 1/2 portion of rice, 1 fried tempeh 175 Kcal equals 1 portion of rice, 1 bakwan 137 Kcal equals 3/4 portion of rice. This fried food is one of the saturated fats which generally contain bad cholesterol (LDL). Active women are advised to reduce fried foods in their daily lives, especially women with obesity. Don't forget to balance it with exercise and lots of movement.
