Visit of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Directorate of Quality of Health Services and the National Committee for Patient Safety

In accordance with PMK 11 of 2017 Concerning Patient Safety and as an effort to improve quality and patient safety in hospitals, hospitals are required to carry out Hospital Accreditation, Measurement of National Health Service Quality Indicators and Reporting of Patient Safety Incidents. Reporting patient safety incidents is intended for learning for the hospital and as a basis for preparing follow-up efforts to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents in the future.
