It is announced to all hermina friends that for "Inpatients Who Go Home at Their Own Request Without Doctor's Approval WILL NOT BE COVERED BY BPJS HEALTH"

This condition is in accordance with the Provisions:

Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 82 of 2018 Concerning Health Insurance (Chapter IV Part 1 and Part 2 Article 52)
Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 28 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of the Health Insurance Program (Chapter III letter D and Chapter IV letter A)
BPJS Kesehatan Circular Letter No. 3562 / II-04 / 1224 Concerning Guarantee of Forced Discharge / At Own Request
