RADIOLOGICAL EXAMINATION MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI 1.5 Tesla)

MRI Procedure & Preparation

1. The patient should be able to sleep on his back for 1 hour
2. The patient is not afraid of narrow spaces.
3. Patients must fill out the patient screening form,
4. The patient must remove all metal objects and change into an examination gown
5. The patient should not move during the examination
6. If the examination uses a contrast drug, you must check the kidney function lab and fast for 4 hours

MRI Examination Flow

1. The patient contacts the radiology installation to get an examination schedule
2. The patient is explained the procedure and preparations before the examination
3. The patient arrives 30 minutes before the scheduled examination
4. The results of the MRI examination can be received according to the next control schedule
