Counseling Regarding the "Dangers of Diabetes" at the Karawang City Health Center

Hermina Karawang Hospital together with the Karawang City Health Center held counseling with the theme "Dangers of Diabetes" with internal medicine specialists at Hermina Karawang Hospital, dr. Yhan Batista, SpPD. This activity was carried out at the Karawang City Health Center which is located at Jl. Gen. Ahmad Yani, Karangpawitan, Kec. West Karawang, Kab. Karawang. This event was attended by 30 participants who are also members of the Karawang City Health Center Prolanis.

This activity puts more emphasis on Diabetes, starting from what causes it, what are the symptoms and also how to deal with Diabetes. Participants in this activity were also very interactive during the question and answer session. The duration of this Counseling is around 90 minutes, divided into 60 minutes of exposure to presentations from the Resource Person dr. Yhan Batista, SpPD and 30 minutes question and answer session.
By holding this activity, it is hoped that the members of Prolanis Puskesmas Karawang City can prevent diabetes and if they have been infected or are descendants of diabetes, they can find out how to deal with diabetes.
