Expanding Services, Hermina Hospital to Build International Standard Hospital in IKN

Jakarta, June 21, 2023 - Hermina Hospital and PT Bina Karya (Persero) signed a cooperation agreement to build an international standard hospital in the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN) area. The event was held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Hermina Tower, Central Jakarta.

The construction of this international standard hospital is one of the historic steps in providing high-quality health services to the community in the IKN area and is targeted to be operational by August 2024.

"When many investors are waiting to invest in IKN, we Hermina are ready to build a hospital that is definitely needed by the people who are currently building the National Capital in IKN. We will provide superior services for mother and child, heart, stroke and emergency and ICU services. We are also ready to make Hermina Hospital with international standard services, fast and accurate services that prioritize Patient Safety supported by Electronic Medical Record Hospital Digitalization. The hospital building is environmentally friendly, Green Building with 200 TT by preparing rooms for VVIP services, BPJS and non BPJS patients." said Director of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk, Dr. Hasmoro.

dr. Hasmoro also said that the motivation for Hermina Hospital to build a hospital in IKN is an expression of gratitude from Hermina Hospital to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia which has helped raise the Hermina Group so far. Starting with a small capital, one Maternity Hospital with 25 TT established in 1985 became the current Hospital Group with 45 hospitals spread throughout the archipelago.

The development will be carried out with attention to quality standards in the global healthcare industry. It is expected that Hermina Hospital in IKN will become a center of excellence for medical services that can serve various health needs with a high level of expertise and can contribute to the development of the health sector in the national capital.

Soebroto, President Director of PT Bina Karya (Persero) who acts as the master developer and investment holding for investment in IKN said "Today we have an agreement because it is one level below the engagement. We can do the engagement after determining the location to Hermina and officially Hermina will use the land.
