DISASTER RESPONSE SOCIALIZATION FOR HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS

In commemoration of the international kidney health day 09 March 2023, the Hemodialysis Unit at Hermina Padang General Hospital held socialization activities for hemodialysis patients on how to prepare for unexpected conditions, especially natural disasters for hemodialysis patients. This topic was raised according to the theme of this year's international kidney day, namely Preparing for the unexpected, supporting the vulnerable! Submission of material delivered by dr. Steffie Bagoes Putri Siliwangi as the Head of the Hemodialysis Unit Installation. By carrying out this socialization activity, it is hoped that patients and their families will be more responsive and not panic when unexpected events such as natural disasters occur, so that hemodialysis patients can still receive proper care.
