Hajj MCU Service Flow

Here’s the step-by-step process you need to know before undergoing your Hajj MCU:

1. MCU Appointment (D-2)

2. Arrival & Re-registration

Upon arrival at RS Hermina Bogor, patients must re-register at the registration desk.

3. Complete Document Preparation

Please bring the following documents:

National ID (KTP)
Passport
Hajj Registration Number (Nomor Porsi Haji)
Referral Letter (if available)

4. Anamnesis & Initial Examination

Doctors and nurses will conduct a health history interview and preliminary check-up.

5. Physical Examination

A general practitioner will perform a comprehensive physical assessment.

6. Supporting Medical Tests

Includes laboratory tests, radiology, and other procedures based on the MCU package or referral letter.

7. Specialist Consultation

Further specialist evaluation will be provided if necessary.

8. Vaccination

Vaccines will be administered according to Hajj health regulations.

9. Health Status Determination

The doctor will conclude your fitness for Hajj travel.

10. Documentation & Reporting

MCU results will be documented and reported according to standard procedures.

11. Health Education

Hajj health counseling will be provided if needed, to help pilgrims prepare optimally.
