330 Enthusiastic Participants in Health Talk PT PLN UIW Sumbar with Hermina Padang Hospital

PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Sumbar held a routine Health Talk with Hermina Padang Hospital, Tuesday (28/2). This activity was carried out virtually and was attended by 330 participants from all branches in Indonesia.

The Health Talk this time raised the topic of Stress Management. The material was delivered by a mental health specialist from Hermina Padang Hospital, dr. Arasy Nanda, Sp. KJ.

This activity took place smoothly and with enthusiasm from all participants, as seen from the many participants who asked questions during the discussion session. Of the 330 participants, 22 participated in the discussion session.

By holding a health talk with the theme of stress management, it is hoped that participants and employees will be able to properly manage stress and identify stress so that it does not affect the health and performance of employees.
