Customer Relationship Management at RSU Hermina Kendari
Hermina Kendari Hospital's annual routine activity, Customer Relationship Management which carries the theme "Increasing Service Excellence Commitment through Introduction of Hospital Service Products". This activity is expected to be able to cement the cooperative relationship that exists between Hermina Hospital and hospital partners. In addition, this activity also aims to explore the experiences of patients and partners when carrying out treatment at Hermina Hospital.
