Health Talk and Mini Medical Check Up for Taspen KC Padang Employees

Hermina Hospital Padang has held a Health Talk activity with Taspen KC Padang employees, on Thursday 24 October 2024 at the Taspen Office located at Jl. Gen. Sudirman No.63, Ujung Gurun, Kec. Padang Bar., Padang City, West Sumatra. This Health Talk raised the topic of stress management for employees, and was resourced by Dr. Arasy Nanda, Sp. KJ is one of the mental health specialist doctors at Hermina Hospital in Padang. Apart from health talks, Hermina Padang Hospital also carries out mini medical check-ups for employees, which consist of checking blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid and cholesterol.
